Credentials

Karling received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification at Yandara Yoga Institute in 2017.

She has also completed trainings in Reiki Healing Level 1 &2, Thai Massage Level 1, Biomechanics with Jules Mitchell, Rad Roller Mobility, Spinunity Motivator, The Art of Yoga Sequencing, Holding Healing Gatherings, and 100hr Yin and Restorative Yoga.

Karling is currently working towards receiving her 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification. She is passionate about helping people connect to themselves through safe movements and relaxing breathwork.

 

Experience

Since completing her first training Karling has been teaching full-time in the Edmonton area and learning every day from her students.

Karling has taught over 1000 yoga and fitness classes since 2017. She has experience working with people of all ages and many different fitness levels.

Karling has also led corporate yoga programs, large group wellness retreats, outdoor large group yoga classes, 101 private sessions, online classes, and a little bit of kids yoga.

She loves offering creative workshops throughout the year to dive further into specific topics. In the past Karling has shared workshops like Intro to the Chakras, Yoga for Digestion, Autumn Reset & Renew, Wall Yin and Restorative, Spring Renewal, Mini Retreats, New Year’s Intention Setting, and more to come!

Physical

I hope my classes help you feel more free throughout your physical body. I really feel that improved mobility offers improved quality of life. I like to infuse class with many moments of relaxation. It’s so important to find time to consciously de-stress in today’s busy world.

Mental

We absorb thousands of digital images a day. Scrolling from screen to screen is hard on the mind and nervous system. I hope yoga brings you mental clarity and the ability to better focus on what’s important to you. My classes offer opportunity to learn about anatomy and how to self-adjust your body for safe alignment.

Emotional/Spiritual

I want people to learn more about who they are. Yoga is a wonderful way to dive inward and get to know yourself. I hope you leave my classes feeling more centred and connected to your true self.
