I’m Karling Dallyn, an individual with a passion for guiding people through intelligent movement. I truly believe in the transformative power of mind-body connection and have absolutely fallen in love with practice of yoga. Yoga is a tool with the ability to simplify stress, improve your body’s functionality, and inspire down to earth human connection.
I love creating yoga classes that have consistent deep breath instruction, mobility exercises, dynamic flows, good music, and a touch of yoga philosophy. Yoga is such a broad subject that we could dive into for hours and hours- so in every class I really try to share knowledge that goes beyond the physical postures. I received my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2016 at Yandara Yoga Institute and jumped right into teaching hundreds of classes over the past couple years. Yoga is a life-long study that I am dedicated to learning from everyday.
When I’m not doing or studying yoga, I’m probably at a spin class, dreaming up next travel adventure, learning about the digital world, grabbing a tea with friends, or cooking delicious food!
I believe a whole hearted lifestyle and good relationships start with you! I’m excited to get to know you and more importantly- for you to get to know yourself better.
