About Karling

Karling is a certified yoga teacher and movement guide with over 1,000 classes taught since 2017. She helps students improve mobility, find mental clarity, and reconnect with themselves through safe movement, breathwork, and intentional rest. She holds a 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification from Yandara Yoga Institute and is currently working toward her 500hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification. Her training also includes Thai Massage, Mobility, Sound Healing, Reiki, and Yin Yoga.

Offerings

Karling has taught students of all ages and fitness levels through corporate yoga programs, retreats, outdoor group classes, private sessions, and online instruction. She enjoys creating workshops that explore deeper aspects of yoga, including Intro to the Chakras, Yoga for Digestion, Wall Yin and Restorative, and New Year’s Intention Setting.
